VILNIUS, 10 Jul — RIA Novosti. The organizer of “Russian marches” Yuri Gorsky, placed petty-Bourgeois court of Moscow under house arrest until September 3, in the case of extremist appeals, said he intends to seek asylum in Lithuania.

“I came to Lithuania on a visa, I will take the opportunity to be here as a tourist, as I have to travel on business in the EU. When put in order his Affairs there, at once sought asylum in Lithuania. This is likely to happen in the middle or at the end of August,” said Gorsky Monday, the Agency BNS.

Gorsky reported that arrived in Lithuania on Sunday night. According to him, he’s already three years arrives in the Republic, as the name of his wife was home in Palanga.

Thus, his departure from Russia Gorsky has violated the conditions of stay under house arrest. In the event of his return to Russia, he faces detention in jail. In addition, if Gorsky does not return in Russia, it can be judged in absentia.

Previously, Gorski was detained near the building of the Moscow city court where case was heard nationalist Dmitry Demushkin.
