Protests in Berlin against the US withdrawal from the Paris climate agreement
The Paris climate agreement should be executed despite the exit of the United States. This is stated in the final communiqué of the G20 summit, quoted by Reuters.
“We have taken note of the US decision to withdraw from the Paris agreement, — the document says. The leaders of the other G20 countries have concluded that the Paris agreement is not subject to revision”.
As reported, the President of France Emmanuel macron, 12 December 2017, Paris will host a new summit on climate, which will discuss financing of projects in this area.
In June, trump announced that the USA is out of the Paris climate agreement. The President of the United States called it disadvantageous for the country and promised that will achieve the best “deal”.
