Earlier it was planned that the premiere of “Nureyev” will be held from 11 to 14 July. Causes and timing of the transfer performances are not specified, they will talk about at the Bolshoi theater, July 10, at the briefing.
On the production, in addition to Serebrennikov, who acted as librettist, Director and set designer, worked with composer Ilya Demutsky, the choreographer Yuri Posokhov. The same part of the creators staged the ballet “a Hero of our time” at the Bolshoi theatre in 2015.
Ballet “Nureyev” is dedicated to the life of the legendary dancer Rudolf Nureyev, other details of the statement were not disclosed.
