The organizers of all-Russian festival “Family of Russia”, which will be held July 8 in Sergiev Posad, gathered to break the record and build the largest dance in the Moscow region. About it reports TV channel “360” on Friday, July 7.
The event is timed to the Day of family, love and fidelity. “Park on this day will be of a magical city where every street is a holiday, every house — the friendly owners, in every yard, heard the laughter of children,” — said the Minister of culture of the region Oksana Kosareva.
For guests of the event will operate five interactive sites, photo zones and more than 30 40 creative master classes, including crafts. The festival will conclude with a performance by the group “Ivan Kupala”, says television.
Last year the government prepared a negative opinion on a bill which proposed to make the Day of family, love and fidelity day.
The holiday is celebrated in Russia since 2008 on 8 July. On this day the Orthodox Church celebrates Day of memory of saints Peter and Fevronia, who were traditionally considered in Russia patrons of family and marriage.
