Antiglobalists in Hamburg attacked a police station

Protesters in Hamburg, where on Friday, July 7, opens a summit of G20 leaders, attacked a police station. This was reported in Twitter of the German police.

Was attacked the office in the Altona district. The guards have asked citizens to refrain from visiting the area.

Earlier in this same part of the city, demonstrators set fire to several cars.

Last night in the city in clashes with anti-globalists gathered for the event “a Hell of a picnic”, 76 police officers injured. According to police, the number of demonstrators on the streets on the evening of July 6 amounted to six thousand people. Between protesters and police during the day, clashes occurred, the demonstrators pelted the guards with bottles, stones, flares and other objects, who responded used water cannons.

The summit of “Big twenty” will be held in Hamburg on 7-8 July.
