The court arrested the accused in the resonant accident with a “drunk” child
MOSCOW, 6 Jul — RIA Novosti. Railway court of Moscow arrested the accused in high-profile accidents in Balashikha, killing six-year-old boy, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the Moscow regional court Natalia Osipova.
“The court granted the petition for election concerning Olga Alisovoy of a measure of restraint in form of arrest,” — said the spokesman.
Earlier official representative of Russian Ministry of internal Affairs of Irina Volk said that the defendant violated the recognizance not to leave, so now she is asked to send to jail.
Resonant road accident has occurred in Balashikha April 23: a local resident driving a foreign car knocked down six year old boy. The investigation of the criminal case on the fact of road accident are investigators of the interior Ministry of Russia in Moscow.
As it became known, according to the results of the primary examination it was established that “in the blood of the deceased found the concentration of ethanol corresponding to the strong degree of intoxication”. In fact the expert opinion of the RF IC opened a criminal case about negligence.
However, later the head of the MIA of Russia Vladimir Kolokoltsev stated that the re-examination confirmed the results of the first. Later this data was confirmed by the press service of the regional Central Board of the RF IC. How is it possible, it turns out.
Currently investigated two criminal cases on this fact: about the accident (leads the police) and of negligence during the examination (deals with the Investigative Committee).
