The government changed the procedure for passing of alternative service
Now citizen when using the leave for child care will be provided free time on the road.
Thursday, July 6, it became known that Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree providing for a change of the order of passage of alternative civil service.
In particular, according to this document, citizens in the case of leave to care for a child “will be given free time to travel to the place of use of leave and back.”
In addition, the regulation specifies the cases, the occurrence of which the employer must inform the investigating authorities, and also establishes the procedure of such informing.
“This includes the failure of the citizen to the place of passage of alternative civil service, the refusal to conclude a fixed-term contract,” according to the government website.
