Kuzminskiy district court of Moscow ruled in absentia arrest of the inhabitant of Serpukhov near Moscow Nikita Sadkov, who is accused of desecrating the state flag of Russia at the Kremlin walls and extremism, “Interfax” with reference to his lawyer Dmitry Dinze.

“Against Nikita Sadkov Kuzminsky court of Moscow the decision on arrest in absentia. Currently my client is abroad, where he asked for political asylum”, – said the defender.

According to Dinze, Cages declared in the international search. While earlier, the inhabitant of Serpukhov was under house arrest.

According to information in social networks on the personal pages Sadkova, currently he is in the territory of Ukraine.

According to investigators, on 15 August 2016 Cages were placed in the community of the entertainment lovers “Yaplakal” video “of an extremist nature, containing appeals aimed at inciting hatred and enmity against the Russian.” Also the consequence considers that on 21 August 2016 Nikita Sadkov brought to the walls of the Kremlin the Russian flag, doused him in flammable liquid and set on fire.

He was charged with desecrating the state flag of Russia and inciting hatred on the grounds of nationality using the Internet (articles 329 and part 1 of article 282 of the Russian Criminal code).
