Stone was accused of copyright infringement because of the film about Putin

Videographer from Ufa Vladimir Ilko accused American Director Oliver stone in copyright infringement. About Ilko wrote in his Instagram.

The operator reported that the stone in the documentary “Interview with Putin” used made frames — refers to points on 33 minutes, 41 seconds, and 48 minutes, 45 seconds. According to Ilko, they were bought “on the drains by the standard license, which prohibits the use of the material on television”.

Did you know that the second part of Oliver stone’s PUTIN had used my footage? To your attention the Mosque lya Lya Tyulpan 33:41 and 48:45 ! But as cool as it is, these frames were purchased on my drains for a standard license that prohibits use of the material on television. What do you think Jack?

Ufimets clarified that we are talking about the second part of the picture stone, which shows the mosque Lala-Tulip.

Screening of four episodes of the documentary film “Interview with Putin” ended in the US on Showtime on June 15. In Russia the tape aired by the First channel from 19 to 22 June.
