SpaceX launched a Falcon 9 rocket with a communication satellite Intelsat
Heavy carrier rocket Falcon 9 with a communication satellite Intelsat 35e was launched from the spaceport at Cape Canaveral in the U.S. state of Florida.
The launch booster was given at 19:38 local time (02:38 Moscow time). Company SpaceX is a live broadcast of the launch.
The satellite was developed by Boeing for satellite operator Intelsat. It needs to transmit signals over the territory of North and South America, the Caribbean, the Atlantic and Europe.
It is planned that it will last 15 years.
