Media: Yaroshenko wrote a letter to Trump

Russian pilot Konstantin Yaroshenko wrote a letter to the President of the United States Donald Trump, in which he asked the American leader to help him return home.

This is reported by “Izvestia”.

“It is hard for me to be detained far away from the Motherland, my people and most importantly — my family. The language barrier brings me a big problem. I can’t fully explain their health problems and are unable to seek medical help. I do not fully understand the orders of the officers of the prison, which entails serious consequences,” wrote the Russian.

According to Yaroshenko, this appeal is his last chance to return to Russia “sane”. In this regard, he hopes that trump will show him mercy.

In turn, the wife and daughter of a Russian citizen sent a letter to Donald Trump asking for clemency.

Konstantin Yaroshenko was sentenced by a us court in 2011 to 20-year term of imprisonment. He is serving his sentence in prison Fort Dix in the U.S. state of new Jersey.
