French police arrested the owner of the video archive, which contains scenes of rape of girls. During the search, he withdrew 24 thousand such files, reports Nice Matin.
The video was 47-year-old resident of the city of Grasse, working as a Concierge. Earlier it already came into the view of guards for sexual harassment of 15-year-old girl in 1998.
