The state Council of the Crimea will coordinate personnel changes July 7.
Staff resignations are not connected with any prosecution, said Aksenov.
Judging by the fact that among the dismissed officials is the head of Yalta, it is most likely related to the whole complex of problems, according to political scientist Oleg Matveychev. “The failure to execute or poor execution of orders, for example, slowness in dealing with the issue of dilapidated housing, corruption scandals — all this has created a bad reputation of these people,” – said the expert.
Andrew Rostenko worked in the administration of Yalta in the summer of 2014, after he became head of the city administration. Rostenko, has been criticized because of the General plan of city development, which arose even among the heads of the Crimea.

The power system of the Crimea is scarce and 90% dependent on the supply of electricity from the territory of Ukraine (from 1442 1300 MW of maximum demand).
