A couple in Eastern China were poisoned because of their own extensive book collection. Details of the reports The South China Morning Post.
The husband and the wife, who lives in Taizhou (Jiangsu province) constantly coughing, and their child was suffering from a cold. On trips to the doctors, they spent 8 million yuan (nearly $ 1,200), but doctors could not help them. Then the woman thought that the problem may be in the air. Experts counted in the apartment tens of thousands of books — they stood on shelves and lying on the floor in each room.
Formaldehyde is included in the composition of the printing ink used for printing books and Newspapers.
