The leader of the LDPR faction in the state Duma Vladimir Zhirinovsky has proposed to close the Moscow centre for Hydrometeorology and environmental monitoring (Rosgidromet) due to the fact that his employees don’t do their jobs, reports TASS.

Why don’t you say that in 20 minutes will start raining outside? To disperse Rosgidromet to disperse only for yesterday’s rain. At the same time, Zhirinovsky noted the good work of the MOE, in advance sending a storm warning.
