At the same time, Turkish American News notes that the helicopter, which was gaining in the reservoir water to extinguish forest fires in Izmir province, crashed into the dam, due to which he was forced to make an emergency landing. According to the publication, on Board were five people who sailed alone to the shore.

On 5 June, the Mi-2 helicopter made a hard landing in the Republic of Adygea. The car caught fire in the air during agricultural work near the village of sergievskoe Giaginsk district. The pilot managed to make an emergency landing on farmland, which the machine was damaged.

The pilot fled the scene, but later gave evidence and said that the cause of the incident was a technical failure of the aircraft.
