This was possible thanks to savings on the analytical and Deputy compensatory time off at their own expense, said the newspaper.

Its head Olga Savastianova explained that the amount had not changed in the last 10 years. “Therefore, taking the budget, we talked about the fact that money may not be enough, and it is necessary to revise the limits,” she said.
According to a research note about the expenses of deputies of the state Duma of the seventh convocation, on June 1, 2017 transport services in the regions have used the 244 members of Parliament. The expenditure under this heading amounted to 29 million 376,6 thousand rubles.
12 deputies exceeded the annual limit by almost two million rubles. If the funds will be spent at the same rate, by the end of the year budget will be released 90 deputies, says the publication.
Plans to increase the limits for transportation expenses of the deputies in the regions of 15 March reported the Chairman of the lower house of Parliament, Vyacheslav Volodin. Then he noted that the funds available for these purposes are insufficient, and did not rule out that transport costs will in future be sent to the money saved on other areas.
In addition, he added that the analysis of the work of parliamentarians in the regions showed that some regions overstate the cost of transport. The highest rates, he said, were recorded in Bashkortostan.
