The FSB has softened the rules of the regime in the border zone
The FSB has proposed a new version of the regulation regime in border zones, including rules for the passage of vehicles. This is stated in the order, published on the portal of projects of normative-legal acts.
The order will come into force on 1 October 2017. According to the document, the norms aimed at controlling the passage of persons in the border zone, economic and trade activities, registration and maintenance of Russian small vessels and vehicles.
Now for fishing activities in the internal sea waters of Russia, where a border regime, ship owners can notify the border authorities are not 24 hours and 2 hours. In addition, from 4 to 2 hours reduced the period for which the owner of the vessel shall inform the border authorities about the exit location.
Also the owner of small boats, submersibles and vehicles on the ice (snowmobiles, ice boats, snowmobiles, snowmobiles) may be given by mail, but must make sure to obtain a border on the phone.
The Russians can conduct work on their land in the territory of the country without further permission or notification to border authorities. Coastal fisheries in the industrial or scientific purposes is permitted not only bright but also dark in the presence of intact control systems for the transmission of information about the location of the ship.
