2.5 million square meters of housing was commissioned in Moscow region since the beginning of the year, said the Deputy Chairman of the regional government Maxim Fomin. His words leads RIAMA on Monday, 3 July.
He stressed that the Moscow authorities keep under constant control the process of development in order to prevent the emergence of problematic objects. “For construction projects is the monitoring of residential houses, the construction of which is suspended or the rate of construction is reduced,” — said Fomin.
In case of any problems, the government appeals to law enforcement agencies, said the Chairman of the government of the region.
“In 2016, initiated more than 20 criminal cases against the heads of the developers and investors of problem objects” — he added.
On 20 June it was reported that in the Moscow region for the year Russell 920 emergency residential premises with a total area of 37.2 thousand square meters. For these purposes the regional budget will transfer 3.4 billion rubles, municipalities — one billion.
