On the Day of the Navy July 30, in the historic part of St. Petersburg and Kronstadt will be the main naval parade, said Friday the Russian defense Minister Sergei Shoigu at the selector meeting in the Ministry of defence of the Russian Federation.
“Also the naval parade will be held at the naval bases Severomorsk, Baltiysk, Sevastopol, Vladivostok and points-based forces of the fleets and flotillas. In total, the parade will involve more than 130 vehicles,” said Shoigu.
According to him, the defense Ministry and Russian Navy recreate “one of the most important military rituals, which in itself is a source of pride for their country, the spectacle of vivid and unforgettable”.
