State Duma Deputy Anatoly Aksakov said that the problem of real estate investors in Russia is estimated at 370 billion rubles. The correspondent reports about it “Газеты.Ru”.
“A problem that encompasses real estate investors is estimated to 370 billion rubles,” – said Aksakov in the framework of the parliamentary hearings of the bill on regulation of activities of the Fund for the protection of rights of investors.
According to him, from such amount, the state or regions can not give, therefore it is necessary to create road maps of the Ministry of construction, as well as control over their execution.
Earlier it was reported that the state Duma adopted in the first reading the bill on Fund of protection of rights of investors.
