Beams: in July in Russia are forecasted natural disasters
Emergency situations Minister ordered to develop additional measures to respond to them.
Beams explained that “somewhere may be another highs, somewhere- sudden changes in temperature, high wind speed, and precipitation.” According to him, practically in all regions of the Russian Federation in June of observed severe weather events that resulted in violations of system energy, unstable operation of transport and communications and social infrastructure.
In this regard, the Minister demanded to perform the work of all regional governments and services and to develop additional measures to respond to natural disasters.
“I’ll have to organize research and to take additional measures for the preparation of the controls and all services to respond to natural disasters,” said the Minister.
“Analyze and evaluate the actions of all persons concerned, to prepare proposals on increase of efficiency of work of the territorial subsystems Unified state system for prevention and liquidation of emergency situations (RSE) for the protection of life and health when such phenomena”, — concluded the head EMERCOM of Russia.
