MOSCOW, 2 Jun — RIA Novosti. Summer in Central Russia this year and not come, said senior fellow of the center weather “Phobos” Eugene Tiscover in an interview with RT.
“In my opinion, the summer will be gone in Central Russia. This is a very modest heat, no encouraging forecasts about the heat at 25 — 30 °C,” he said.
The expert added that the summer will be “crumpled” and the swimming season with such temperatures can open “only the brave”.
As have informed RIA of news in the capital, met office, June, Moscow was the coldest for the last 14 years.
Last June 30 in the Metropolitan region, the rain and thunderstorms brought 90% of the monthly norm of precipitation. Due to the bad weather in the Central Federal district of Russia two people died, another 22 were injured.
