In St. Petersburg detained two citizens of Turkey for a bribe to the official

St. PETERSBURG, 1 Jul — RIA Novosti. Two Turkish citizens arrested in St. Petersburg for a bribe the officer of the State labour inspection after revealed numerous violations under their control in nonprofit organizations, told RIA Novosti source in the regional government.

According to the source, in may, the St. Petersburg Prosecutor’s office conducted an audit of existing in the city of a private educational institution of additional education “Oxford vision” and “the Russian-Turkish cultural center”. According to the source, these organizations are controlled by the citizens of Turkey Adnan Ozturk and Ashrafa Sarashina.

The source said that the Prosecutor’s check took place with the involvement of several regulatory bodies — the Ministry of emergency situations, Rospotrebnadzor, management of migration the regional interior Ministry, State labour inspection, Tax inspection. In the course of inspections in the organizations were revealed massive violations, the protocols on administrative offences and the punishment in the form of administrative fines.

“Citizens of Turkey Adnan Ozturk and Ashraf Saryshagan, wanting to get away from administrative liability for the violations in their controlled non-profit organizations, tried to bribe the officer of the State labour Inspectorate. In this connection he was arrested. Currently the question on election of a measure of restraint”, — said the Agency interlocutor.

According to the source, June 28, at the Investigation Department of the Krasnoselsky district GASK of the Russian Federation across St.-Petersburg criminal case under part 4 of article 291 of the criminal code (bribery official). The source added that on June 29 at the place of residence and work of foreigners was searched.
