Health workers Union opposed the introduction of the age qualification for head physicians

The Union of health workers criticized the idea of introducing the age limit for head physicians of medical institutions and their deputies. About it RIA Novosti said the head of the Union Mikhail Kuzmenko.

The Union leader said that because of this limitation, national health care will lose many competent leaders. According to him, are lacking today more than 40 thousand head doctors. Kuzmenko also said that because of the extent of territory in Russia’s remote regions will be difficult to find the right doctors to replace.

In the case of its adoption to hold the office of head of state or municipal medical institution and his Deputy will not be older than 65 years.
