Russia and Israel agreed to exchange experience in combating terrorism

The special representative of the OSCE parliamentary Assembly on combating terrorism, the Deputy of the state Duma Nikolay Kovalev said that he agreed with the Israeli delegation in the PA OSCE on cooperation in the fight against terrorism. About it reports TASS.

Kovalev meeting with the Israeli delegation was held on the sidelines of the winter session of the OSCE. He said that “outlines specific steps for improvement, especially the exchange of information”.

The parties also agreed to develop concrete steps “to combat this phenomenon,” said Kovalev.

“Given the fact of experience that there is, and Israel, and Russia, have agreed to share not only practical information on situations related to people suspected of terrorism, but also about the exchange of literature and other developments that have and the other country,” – said the Russian parliamentarian.

Earlier it was reported that Kovalev was appointed Russia’s representative in the Bureau of the OSCE PA.
