The son of Pele has reduced the sentence from 33 to 12 years

The court in são Paulo decided on appeal, the eldest son of legendary Brazilian footballer Pele Edson Cholbi Nascimento, better known as Edinho, reducing his term of imprisonment on charges of drug trafficking from 33 to 12 years old. Thursday, February 23, the court finally confirmed the guilty verdict, softened 12 years 10 months. And on Friday, February 24, Edinho arrived in one of the police stations of the city of Santos.



Earlier it was reported that the son of Brazilian footballer Pele Edson Cholbi Nascimento, better known as Edinho, arrested on charges of money laundering by drug traffickers. In the summer of 2014 he was found guilty of money laundering related to drug trafficking, and sentenced to 33 years in prison. Later, he gave the appeal and the hearing was on the loose.
