APU fighters captured and stopped filtering station between Avdeevka and Yasinovataya, which provides water for settlements on both sides of the front line, including those controlled by the security forces. This was at the briefing said the Deputy commander of the Ministry of defence DND Eduard Bacurin.
“The Ukrainian side is in violation of all agreements and commitments seized the objects of the Donetsk filtering station, to conduct in the territory of the fire on our positions. Knowing that our units adhere to the Minsk agreements and not open fire on the objects of life, the enemy felt their full impunity”, – said Eduard Basurin.
Earlier it became known that the Ukrainian armed forces entered the territory of Donetsk filtering station and began to fire from this position.
During the shelling shells hit the warehouse of chlorine, administrative buildings and tanks. The OSCE then warned that the targeted stations can lead to environmental disaster.
