In Tver in children’s clinical hospital there was a fire
The fire was rated the fourth level of danger.
TVER, 24 Feb. /TASS/. In children’s clinical hospital of Tver there was a fire, the evacuation, the press service of the regional emergencies Ministry.
“There was a fire of the roof in the old building of children’s regional clinical hospital in the street of Stepan Razin. Fire assigned to the fourth level of danger, the fire area is about 1.6 thousand square meters. The building evacuated 215 people,” — said in the MOE.
Just to extinguish the fire brought 89 people and 27 units of equipment. All the people currently located in the new hospital building. According to preliminary information, no injuries. Crews arrived from neighboring districts. Currently, there is open burning 3 floors and roof.
In a press-service of the regional government reported that the Governor of the Tver region Igor Rudenya took under personal control the situation with the fire
“Night of the 24th of February at the building of children’s regional clinical hospital fire occurred on the roof. No casualties were reported. The situation is under special control of the Governor of the Tver region Igor farm, with, the Governor promptly sent all information about the course of liquidation of a fire”, — stated in the message.
In the regional MOE reported that the fire could have occurred in one of the rooms on the third floor of the building.
“According to preliminary information the fire started in the office on the 3rd floor”, — stated in the message.
According to recent reports, in the burning building collapsed roof.
“The flame was thrown from the roof and third floor to the second floor. Collapsed roof,” — said in the MOE.
