MOSCOW, February 23. /TASS/. Russia will continue to develop its Armed forces, among the priorities – strengthening the strategic nuclear shield and videoconferencing. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a gala concert on the occasion of the Day of protection of the Fatherland.
