The official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova made fun of in Facebook the Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin, who attributed the popular expression “the dead or good or anything” (De mortuis aut bene, aut nihil in Latin) of Ukrainian origin.
