Trutnev is calling Russians from abroad for the sake of “far Eastern hectare”
VLADIVOSTOK, 21 Feb — RIA Novosti. Plenipotentiary representative of RF President in the far East Yuri Trutnev urged Russians living abroad to return home and to take “far Eastern hectare”.
“Our visits to the program website are from United States, Germany, Ukraine, from Kazakhstan, from a number of other countries. It would be great if there people returned to Russia. I mean those who have left the Russian passport. It is clear that the citizens of America hectare we give is not planned. But if a person has a Russian passport and he got lost in the ocean, let him come back,” — said Trutnev in an interview with the newspaper “Izvestia”.
The law on “far hectare” entered into force on 1 June 2016. The law excluded the possibility of transition of the rights to the resulting land to foreign citizens and persons without citizenship. If the citizen of the Russian Federation exercised their right to land, and then got foreign citizenship, provides for termination of the contract on gratuitous use and return of land.
According to the law, which came into force on 1 June 2016, the Russians will once donated to acres of land in the far Eastern Federal district.
