Earlier, Ukrainian Deputy Andriy Artemenko said about the peace plan concerning Moscow and Kiev, which he gave to the administration of the President of the United States Donald trump.
According to the plan of the Deputy, Kiev sends the Crimea is leased by Russia for a long period (from 30 to 50 years). After that, the Ukraine held a referendum and decided, finally, who owns the Peninsula.
The second point of the plan is the return of the Donbass in the Ukraine, and Amnesty for all who have not committed serious crimes.
“After the execution of this plan, the sanctions against Russia are removed. Its relations with the West are restored,” said Artemenko.
Earlier it was reported that proposals for the normalization of relations between Ukraine and Russia and the lifting of sanctions against Moscow were transferred to the former US presidential Advisor on national security issues, Michael Flynn a week before his resignation.
