Crimea intends to adopt a three-year budget planning in 2018

Crimea is planning to move to a national practice of a three-year budget planning in 2018, said the Minister of economic development Andrei Melnikov.

“This year will be probably the last year annual budget planning. That is, next year will be the three-year horizon, so that all parties understand the plans and tax incentives, and were able to repel their activities for a three-year period”, — said Melnikov Monday in the ether of the Crimean radio station “Sputnik”in Crimea.

According to him, Crimea goes to the state of normal medium-term planning, without which you can not develop.

Earlier, the Crimean Parliament adopted the budget for 2017: the level of incomes is planned at the level of 131.7 billion rubles, expenditures — 134,8 billion.
