Media found “black spot” in the employment biography of Melanie trump

The lawyers of Melanie trump once again filed a lawsuit to the Daily Mail for what the publication once wrote about her work in the field of escort services. This reports the Hill.

The previous incident was in August last year, when lawyers for the then-future first lady sued the Daily Mail in the court of the U.S. state of Maryland. The reason for the trial became false reports of journalists about the work of a native of Slovenia in the field of escort services in the 90-ies. Damage to the reputation of a businessman who has vstupil in the race, they were estimated at $ 150 million.

Later the British newspaper was removed from publishing material about the spouse trump. A Maryland court last week dismissed the case due to the fact that the court had the state not have the necessary jurisdiction to consider legal action against the newspaper, based in the UK.

Now Melanie’s lawyers filed a suit in state court in new York. The requirement is the same – to compensate the wife of the owner of the White house $ 150 million of moral damage.
