The list of potential candidates for dismissal of heads of regions is wider than reported. This view was expressed by the head “Political expert group” Konstantin Kalachev told “Tape.ru”. Monday, February 6.
“I would add to this list added of the Governor of Primorsky Krai Vladimir Miklushevsky. There, too, the situation is complicated: protest sentiments are growing, the state Duma elections were not very successful,” said Kalachev.
According to him, there are heads of regions, which may leave positions not because of bad management decisions, and for health reasons. “Yevgeny Savchenko, Belgorod oblast, for example, still the 24th year in the region since 1993. He had a special relationship, he’s a good Manager, but poor health is a well known fact, so it will change,” — said the expert.
Earlier on Monday, the Perm Governor Viktor Basargin announced plans to prematurely resign. He said that already addressed with the corresponding request to the head of state.
On the same day, the newspaper “Vedomosti”, citing a source close to the Kremlin made a resignation of several heads of subjects of Federation. Among the likely candidates included the head of Karelia (Alexander Khudilainen), Buryatia (Vyacheslav Nagovitsyn), governors in Ryazan (Oleg Kovalev), Sverdlovsk (Evgeny Kuyvashev), Novgorod (Sergei Mitin) and Ivanovo (Pavel Konkov) regions, as well as the head of the Perm region (the Governor).
