Shortly before the information appeared that the Ministry of energy plans by 12 percent to reduce exports of oil to Belarus in the first quarter of 2017. Media wrote that the reduction is due to the fact that the parties before the end of last year failed to resolve the dispute over the payment of the debt of Minsk for gas.
