Earlier the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko said that Minsk has filed a lawsuit at the reduction of Russian oil supplies. Shortly before the information appeared that the Ministry of energy plans by 12 percent to reduce exports of oil to Belarus in the first quarter of 2017.
