During the inspection it was discovered lacerations, characteristic of dog bites. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under part 2 of article 109 of the criminal code “Causing death by imprudence”.
In Raman said that the organization was under the protection of private enterprise, whose staff made for official purposes four dogs. The Department assured that the investigators will check conditions of animals.
