OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier called for an immediate cease fire in the Donbass. This is stated in the statement released by the press service of the organization.
“I encourage the parties to consider the fate of the captured civilians and priorities of their security. They should cease hostilities immediately and to fully respect the agreement on cease-fire and the Minsk agreements”, — said Zannier.
Earlier, the Ukrainian security forces and militias said about the aggravation of the situation in the South-East of Ukraine. The parties to the conflict accuse each other of provocation. The most critical situation is controlled by the security forces in Avdeevka. The locals there because of the attacks remained without water, heat and light.
