The party “Communists of Russia” called on citizens to place the portraits of Joseph Stalin in the Windows of houses. The request contains the greeting from 74-th anniversary of the victory of Soviet troops at Stalingrad, which was published on the website of the party on Thursday, February 2.

“The Communist party “Communists of Russia” appealed to residents of Stalingrad-Volgograd with a call to put in the Windows of houses portraits of Joseph Stalin these days to see that Stalingrad remember and honor the Supreme Commander and we hope for the return of the historic name.” — said in greeting the Chairman of the party Maxim suraykin.

He said, Stalingrad was a symbol of anti-fascist resistance. “We are disappointed that so far not met the requirement of our party to return to the Volgograd historical and such an important name,” he added.
