The Chairman of the state Duma Commission on control over reliability of data on incomes of deputies Natalia Poklonskaya proposed to report known violations of anti-corruption legislation by parliamentarians not only in the Internet, but sending official information to the state Duma.

On his page in Facebook Poklonskaya said that in the State Duma announced the beginning of Declaration campaign. She reminded that all members must provide a return for the reporting period, 2016 to April 1.

“As the work of the Commission is clearly defined and its powers limited, are encouraged to report known violations of anti-corruption laws by the deputies, not only online, but also to direct officially in the state Duma, in accordance with the law,” wrote Taylor on his page in Facebook.

The MP said that the inquiry by the Commission is sufficient information in writing to the Chairman of the state Duma from law enforcement and tax authorities, permanent governing bodies of political parties and registered all-Russian public associations, Public chamber of the Russian Federation, all-Russian mass media. “The information is anonymous and obtained from other, statutory sources, may not be the basis for verification,” she said.

“However, this provision does not deprive citizens of the right to address in law enforcement agencies, as well as just the name of the Deputy, including mine, on the issue of non-compliance with any bans or other violations of anti-corruption nature”, — said Poklonski.

The MP also said that he had sent to law enforcement agencies requests for information in connection with the problem of fictitious divorce as a way of concealing property by officials. “With regard to the previously discussed actual problems of fictitious divorce as a way of concealing property by officials, then I sent a request to law enforcement and judicial structures to summarize the existing practices and problems in law enforcement.
