In Germany are concerned about the deteriorating situation in the East of Ukraine. Official Berlin understands that the blame for the situation lies with the Kiev. This writes the Süddeutsche Zeitung, citing its own sources in the German government.
The publication reports that the Ukrainian military began shelling and tried to move the front line in their favor. These data are based in part on the reports of the OSCE mission.
In Germany believe that Kiev is deliberately exacerbating the situation in the East of the country, to prevent the mitigation of anti-Russian sanctions.
“In Berlin understand that Poroshenko will do everything to prevent the lifting of sanctions against Russia,” — writes the author.
However, the German government believes that the calculations of Kiev may prove to be incorrect and to lead to the opposite results.
