Reports of US plans to test the ability of Russia and China to survive a nuclear attack is part antithrombosis information campaign. This opinion was expressed by first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Vladimir dzhabarov told “Tape.ru” on Monday, January 30.

The Senator believes that the United States has long possessed the relevant information. “We study them and they study us and our ability to withstand a possible nuclear attack,” he said.
Earlier on Monday, Bloomberg reported that the U.S. intelligence community and the strategic command of the Armed forces of the United States examined the ability of the state structures of Russia and China to survive a nuclear attack.
