Twelve-year-old boy died in a boarding house Pervouralsk. As the website “Stars” have informed in Investigatory Committee on Sverdlovsk area, the sixth-grader drowned in the pool of sanatorium “Falcon stone.” The incident occurred on January 28.
At the same time, RIA Novosti reported, citing the interior Ministry that the victim had a rest in sanatorium with his mother, who works as a teacher in Polevskoy. They got in the pool around 15:00 and listened to the safety instructions.
As eyewitnesses told, the boy became ill and he fell into the water. At this point in the indoor pool room was about 40 people. The child immediately got out of the water and tried to resuscitate. First aid was provided by a physician boarding house. However, the life of a sixth-grader could not be saved.
At the same time, in the Sverdlovsk Prosecutor’s office said, citing eyewitnesses, that at the time of the incident in the pool was not instructors-rescuers. The boy noticed and took from the date a passing vacationer. He gave him first aid. After that the place turned out to be doctors.
In fact the incident a criminal case under article “services that do not meet the requirements of safety of life or health of consumers, entailed on imprudence death of the person”. The maximum penalty for this it provides for six years of imprisonment.
