The IOC could not prove the guilt of the skier passenger cars – the lawyer

Lawyer barred from competing Russian skier Alexander passenger cars Christoph Wesemann said that the International Olympic Committee could not prove the fact of use by an athlete of doping, reports TASS.


 


“Both doping control passenger cars that he passed in Sochi, gave a negative result. Also it is judicial-medical examination didn’t show any damage on the tubes. Legkov took the test to Sochi twice without any signs of falsification”, – said the lawyer.


 


According to human rights activist, he has already sent in the IOC documents in which it is stated that the representatives of the Olympic Committee needs to show evidence of the use of illegal drugs, or to discontinue the investigation and to allow passenger cars to international tournaments. The athlete was suspended from racing after the publication of the new part unsubstantiated report of Richard McLaren.
