The head of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov said that Kiev is trying to sabotage the implementation of the Minsk agreements.
The Minister emphasized that representatives of the Ukrainian authorities are trying to evade the implementation of the agreements on the settlement in Donbass, signed in Minsk. According to him, this fact should draw the attention of the guarantor countries.
We will remind, in 2014 in Ukraine the ongoing conflict, in which Kiev is trying to regain control over the territory of Donbass. In the same year in the country there was a coup, resulting in the change of power. Residents of Donetsk and Lugansk refused to recognize the new government and announced the creation of the breakaway republics.
Kiev, in turn, initiated the so-called anti-terrorist operation, which subsequently led to armed conflict.
