The interior Ministry intends to create a database of fingerprints of all immigrants

The interior Ministry of Russia is working toward creating a unified database of fingerprints for all foreigners entering the territory of the country. This was announced by the head of the main Directorate for migration, Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia Olga Kirillova in interview to TV channel “Russia 24”.

“We are working out the changes we’re talking about that, perhaps it is time for all entering fingerprint, to create a database. Not only labor migrants, but also all”, – said Kirillov.

Earlier, the head of the main Directorate for migration, Ministry of internal Affairs reported that in Russia there are 2.5 million citizens of Ukraine.
