The Ministry of construction has proposed to analyze the feasibility of granting land plots to large families, given the quality of these lands, this was stated by Deputy head of the Ministry Nikita Stasyshyn on Saturday at a Congress of the party “United Russia”.
“Over the past two years we have looked at the locations of the land that entities transmit large. You know, we need to look into the feasibility of granting land plots”, — said Stasyshyn.
He explained that in order for these plots has been mastered, it should take quite a large amount of time. The problem, he said, lies not in the number of granted land, and in their quality and the amount of subsequent cost of providing infrastructure.
“The problem is that some entities no funds for providing the infrastructure of these lands, and after the provision of infrastructure in a number of subjects large families understand that they have no funds for construction, sell the land for pennies,” said the Deputy Minister.
