In February, the Ukrainian providers has announced a shutdown for a few days without Internet in Ukraine in February, reports “Russian spring” with reference to the national Bureau of investigation Ukraine. Without Network access the country will be a third, from 11 to 12 and 20 February.
“Appeared on the market for 3G and 4G. This means that to implement them every 100-200 meters should be located the device with high Internet and nutrition to provide communication”, – said the Director of the Internet service provider “Patlabor” Vladimir Padyukov.
